By purchasing a ticket and/ or entering the MONOPOLY DREAMS™ area, guests agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions listed in MONOPOLY DREAMS™.

One ticket per guest. Ticket is not for re-sale, non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and only valid on the printed date and section of the ticket for single entry, following our instructions. Tickets are void if altered.

Guests aged below 3 enjoy free admission. Guests aged 3 – 11 years and guests aged 65 or above are entitled to concessionary tickets. Please present valid proof of age when purchasing tickets at box office or upon necessary.

Guest aged 16 or below must be accompanied by another guest aged 18 or above.

All guests entering MONOPOLY DREAMS™ must hold a valid ticket that must be retained at all times. Failure to present a valid ticket on request may result in removal from MONOPOLY DREAMS™.

Pets and animals are not allowed in any part of MONOPOLY DREAMS™ except approved service animals (e.g. guide dogs).

Smoking (including the use of electronic cigarettes or any other artificial cigarettes or smoking devices) within MONOPOLY DREAMS™ area is strictly prohibited.

Guests must keep personal belongings with them at all times. MONOPOLY DREAMS™ accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any personal belongings brought into the MONOPOLY DREAMS™.

Guests must take care of the children or elderly on their own at all times and MONOPOLY DREAMS™ accepts no responsibility for any injury or loss.

All guests must follow the instructions of MONOPOLY DREAMS™ staff with the purpose of ensuring safety and order. Staff reserves the right to request offenders to leave.

MONOPOLY DREAMS™ may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of MONOPOLY DREAMS™, close the attraction or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the attraction, request guests to leave anytime out of the designated timeslot, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, to ensure safety, security or order or if MONOPOLY DREAMS™ considers that the circumstances so require.

MONOPOLY DREAMS™ has the right to publish the photos, videos and opinions of the guests on the official page, social media website and other related publication for propaganda purposes, without prior notice.

MONOPOLY DREAMS™ reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to terminate the availability of any tickets, offers or promotions without any prior notice.　These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of MONOPOLY DREAMS™ which shall be final and conclusive.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

In case any provision in this terms and conditions shall be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining clauses shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
