For the health and safety of all participants and staff, every participant must meet the following “Rules and Regulations” in order to participate in the program. Participants must be aware that such program involves a degree of unpredictability, where quick reactions and strict attention to directions from the staff are essential. If at any time during the program, any participant is assessed by the staff as not being able to fulfil the following criteria, he/she will be asked to leave and he/she must immediately comply with such directions.

< Admission Instruction >
1.    Participants must have valid “Dream Pet’s Day” tickets for admission to the event. Other admission tickets are not applicable for this event.
2.    All pet(s) must meet all of the following conditions:
-    must not exceed 20kg in weight and
-    must not exceed 0.8 meters in height and length and
-    Breeds other than Pitbulls, Pitbull mixes, or known as Dangerous Dogs
3.    Participants should pay attention to the safety of themselves and their pets, and keep their pets under control effectively, in order not to cause any loss of pets, nuisance or danger to other people and pets.
4.    All pets must wear masks or ride in a pet car/put them in a pet bag when entering the Hong Kong Monopoly Dream™.
5.    All pet(s) are only allowed to stay in the designated area and are not allowed to enter " MONOPOLY Ultimate Bank" and " Train Station (4DX Ride Theatre)".
6.    All pet(s) must remain on leashes of not more than 1.5m in length inside the garden.

7.    All dog(s) must have been duly inoculated against rabies and be accompanied by a valid dog license issued by Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department.
8.    All dog(s) must be fully vaccinated against common infectious diseases at least 14 days prior to the event, which includes Canine distemper, Canine parvovirus, and any such additional diseases as the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department may consider appropriate.
9.    Participants need to present proof of a valid dog license and vaccine record on the event day for verification. All dog(s) must be implanted with a microchip for identification.

10.    Participants should bring their own drinkable water and water bowl for their pets. The pets are only allowed to eat and drink in designated areas.
11.    Please keep the environment clean and hygienic, and do not allow the pet(s) to foul indiscriminately. If the pet fouls and/ or causes any damage, the participant needs to pay the full price of compensation and HK$2,000 for cleaning fee.
12.    The Public Health (Animals and Birds) Ordinance (Cap.139), the Dogs and Cats Ordinance (Cap. 167), the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Ordinance (cap. 169), the Rabies Ordinance (Cap. 421) and the Protection of Endangered Species of Animals and Plants Ordinance (Cap. 586), and their subsidiary legislations and all other relevant legislations must be fully complied with at all times.
13.    MONOPOLY Dreams reserves the right to deny any dog entry and the admission fees will not be refunded if:
-    microchip is not found and/or vaccine status is not clear;
-    the pet(s) is showing signs of illness;
-    the pet(s) is showing aggression toward any dog(s) or person(s);
-    the pet(s) cannot be controlled by the owner or handler.
14.    MONOPOLY Dreams reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate
this event and/or any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of MONOPOLY Dreams shall be final.
